Fees for community service monitoring are charged to the offender so there is no cost to your office. An administrative fee can be added in order to compensate your office for any costs that may be incurred and is remitted monthly to assist with your budgetary needs.
Insurance Monitoring
Advent’s unique auto insurance monitoring allows your office to manage diversion and probation terms for drivers charged with driving without insurance. Advent interfaces with insurance carriers to ensure defendants are monitored each month, for an appropriate period of time, to ensure they maintain required coverage. In the event the offender's coverage lapses, the Prosecutor's office will be contacted by email or other desired means so the appropriate action can be taken.
